Nancy
J. Badord joined Century 21 Purdum-Epperson, Inc. in 2003. Before
receiving her Real Estate license, Nancy spent 22 years in banking.
Since joining Century 21 Purdum-Epperson, Inc., she has become very active
in real estate and is a multimillion dollar producer. She completed her third year at the Illinois Association's Realtor Institute, where she earned the GRI designation in 2005. She is currently taking Broker classes in Peoria.
Nancy is a member of the Lamoine Valley Board of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She currently is President of the Lamoine Valley Board of Realtors and serves as a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors Education Committee. She is also Treasurer of the McDonough County United Way and an Ambassador for Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce.
The Lamoine County Board of Realtors selected Nancy as their 2005 Realtor of the Year. This award is the highest honor the Lamoine County Board of Realtors can bestow on a member. This award recognizes the Realtor of the Year's personal leadership and service qualities, applied not only to the real estate industry, but also to the promotion of civic, community and charitable causes.
Nancy has lived in McDonough County and Hancock County most of her life. Husband Darrell is originally from Evansville, Indiana, and has been greens keeper at Twin Oaks Golf Course in Blandinsville for over 30 years. Their daughter Michele, her husband Chris, and 2 sons live in St. Charles, MO, and daughter Laura, her husband Chuck and 2 daughters live in Bloomington, IL.
