Century 21 Purdum-Epperson has been located at 119 N. Randolph, Macomb, IL since 1998. Their present location was formerly the home of Union National Bank, a landmark on the Macomb Square since 1919.

The building has approximately 4500 square feet on the first floor with an additional second floor of approximately the same size. It's located on the northeast corner of the Macomb downtown square. Century 21 Purdum-Epperson also has a large parking lot at 211 East Carroll located at the back of the Century 21 building.

Century 21 Purdum-Epperson is at the northeast corner of the square where the large time and temperature sign easily identifies the Century 21 Purdum-Epperson Building.

Prior to purchasing the Century 21 franchise in 1990, the real estate office was an independent agency, R.B. Purdum Real Estate. Purdum Real Estate was founded by R.B. Purdum in 1942.

Century 21 Purdum-Epperson has grown from a small agency to an office of 17 realtors. Ken and Lorraine Epperson purchased the agency in 1985.
